People who have high blood pressure and additional risk factors for heart disease may find it more cost-effective to take the Lipitor, Norvasc combination med Caduet than to take the pills' two components separately. In a recent study of 10,305 patients, people who took Caduet spent less on their treatment than those who took Norvasc and Lipitor separately. The Caduet treatment was at least as effective at controlling blood pressure as well.
