What Fruits And Vegetables Help Lower Cholesterol

A new pill containing plant sterols has been developed by
researchers at Washington University. Plant sterols, which are
found naturally in food like fruits, vegetables, and nuts, have
been shown to help reduce both overall cholesterol and LDL ("bad")
cholesterol numbers. Research suggests the pill, which is not yet
commercially available, could be a good ally to cholesterol
medications in the fight to lower cholesterol.
