New Zocor formulation does not increase risk of muscle damage

The combination drug Vytorin, which includes anti-cholesterol drugs Zetia and Zocor, does not result in greater risk of muscle damage than Zocor alone, researchers say. Medications such as simvastatin (Zocor) have been linked with muscle damage in previous studies. Read more »
