Im living with both conditions.fybromyigia plus myofacial pain syndrom. im wandering if anyone else has both , i have a tenth unit also go to massage therapy 3 times a week. it helps for a little bit to take the edge off with my pain. is there anything else i could try for relieve off constant pain.

For the last three yrs ive been getting stiffness and pain in my spine. now its been my whole body. ive tryed injections for pain. and it has not helped. im only 34 and have chrohns disease. and have lots of pain constintly. does anyone know anything else i can try. at this point i dont know why i have pain like this. are there any tests out there...
