I have never been on that med !!!however vitiam D would probaly not hurt .I dont know much for back pain as I am very bad with mine and have tryed everything out there. My next appointments are a emg/nca wear they put shocks through your body not looking forward to it as it is coming up on the 18th this month, also a disogram in july the 28th I belive .I am very very depressed today and all. It really gets to me I cant even clean my own apt let alone get in the tub I sit here in my bedroom everyday in my chair and it gets to be very lonely!!! .as I do live alone and cant do even the simples things.Iam still pretty new out here and have no clue about alot thats in this site, as of deleteing old messages and so on Iam happy you enjoyed that I always felt alone through all I have gone through and go through and Iam not a chruch goer nor a percher like I said a friend gave it to me along time ago and it does help so try to print it out for yourself if you can and you like it post on your fride or in your bedroom good luck please feel free to stop by and visit me my email is vc7469@aol.com sometimes it seems to be abit easier then getting in here up 2 you have a great day Angel

wow angel that's beautiful !!!i needed that.lately i've been depressed & anxious & feeling under the weather.did some1 say you can't take ultram & tylenol? i have for probably a year.my neurologist wanted me off the ultrum/tramadol & to put me on another pain med.but i had to have my monthly blood check.after 2 pe's(pulmony embolisms) aka blood clots to the lungs i was telling my regular dr while crying about feeling so bad physically & emotionally.he said i was going thru withdrawls & gave me ultrum er samples.i didn't remember him telling me a dose.yesterday i had 2 in 24 hrs. & felt a lot but not totally better.yesterday was rough but The Lord got us all thru.there were 3 tornado warnings.we all 4 here had to go downstairs.we'd lost electric twice yesterday for a number of hrs.btw has any1 else's dr. prescribed vitamin D for back pain? i take 1 pill each week.i'm lactose intolerant so i tend to stay away from a lot of dairy.i hope this isn't too long winded
