Glad you had a great trip.

Just wondering if maybe the tension headaches are coming from tmj?

I get tight shoulders/neck at times and then leads into those nasty headaches too. When I am stressed out (which I am Lately) I get really tight and my jaws tighten up too.

I find that using the shiatsu massage chair

helps tremendously and a full body massage, a lot of stretching, and light cardio.

SO glad you got to enjoy (*the majority of) your vacation!  That's something, right?

I remember my one trip to Canada;  we, by then b-friend and I, spent about a month of our summer vacation as vagabonds, travelling throughout the 5 eastern provinces.  What a wonderful time we had!  I still tell my kids that, when I say get your travel done while you're young and before you have kids, I always bring up the wonderful summer I had  spent, sans job, and travelling/camping out all over the U.S. and Canada!  Yay for you!
