Hello everyone!

Just wanted to pop on and say hello. I hope you all are having a lovely holiday season. I can't believe how fast the months are going by!

Things are good over here, I can't really complain. My pain levels have been a bit higher due to all the cold and snow storms we have been getting but I'm managing. My only complaint really is that I have been experiencing some odd sensations in my throat occasionally over the last few months. It feels like the muscles are contracting/spasming and sometimes I have a mild burning in my chest which I am sure is acid reflux. A cup of green tea takes are of that in a jiffy. I'm not quite sure what to do about the issue with my throat though. I assume it is related to my fibromyalgia, there are some diagrams in one of my books showing related trigger points although it does not say what to do about them. Anyone else experience this? I keep forgetting to mention it to my doctor because it doesn't happen all that often so I tend for forget that it does.

Other than that, things are well here. I got a new tattoo on the 7th and am going back this Friday to have the top half of my back done. This Friday is also my 24th birthday. I plan on having a quiet birthday as I will be quite sore after that tattoo is done.

That's about all from this end. I hope you all have a great Christmas and a very happy New year.

Hugs!

Bekah
