      <title>work elevator accident</title>
      <description>hello:&amp;nbsp; my name is susan....i was injured 5 years ago at my job...i worked in a hospital and the elevator was 2-3 inches raised above the floor...I did not see it, and tripped going into it.&amp;nbsp; since that date, i have suffered immensely with 2 herniated discs in the cervical area....and a compressed shoulder on my right side.&amp;nbsp; This injury,not only devastated myself, my family and my carreer, but also my ability to enjoy life totally...</description>
