Problems With Pain Meds

I have Arthritis but am very allergic to Arthritis meds. Sets of my Asthma. I can't even take the full med for Atrial Fibrilation. Asthma again. The Neurosurgeon has even tried Oxycotin. Made me sucidial. I had a high speed broadside car accident hence severe pain. The only thing i find relief with is my Vicodin ES. Cannot have a MRI cause i have a pacemaker. I am always fighting for my Vicodin. What am i to do?
