i have high cpk level and chronic pain

i been to the er with chest pain and they say its not my heart .. i go to my dr and he tell me  my cpk level was high . he check my blood to see what going on with me ..but i'm still in a lots of pain . i'm on lots of meds . dont know what to do ..

A high cpk level can be from fibro, arthritis, myositis etc.  Let your doc try to figure out where it is coming from.  It basically shows muscle damage, that is why they use it in er for heart attacks, but can be something connected with many conditions that cause alot of pain.  Have them check it out.
