Just an interesting article I stumbled upon on the BBC. Essentially, it's about how the UK is considering classifying Chronic Pain as a disease in its own right in an effort to convince more people to see specialists. Worth reading if you have a minute.

Interesting article. I wonder if doctors in the UK fear prosecution for prescribing pain medication like US doctors do. Recognizing chronic pain as a disease would be great if at the same time doctors are given the freedom to treat it appropriately.
