Went to Physical Therapy today

I thought that PT was suppose to help your pain and not make it worse. My back is a 10 on the pain scale with talwin. I would like to hear from someone who is suffering from severe back pain that includes pain shooting in the back of the legs.

I hope that everyone is hanging in there!

My aunt is using acuq. to deal with her back pain and she saids it is working better for her than the others she has tried. God bless you and I hope you can find relief soon.

did you try a pain clinic, they have a lot of options. or lidorderm patches
