Hello everyone!
I haven't been on for awhile. I am almost done with my spring classes and will be moving onto summer classes. I finally found a job at our local nursing home as an Dietary Aide and also as the Assistant to the Activity Director. Things are going good other than the fact that I have been suffering from a severe sinus infection. I really like my jobs and am off on Sundays which is awesome because I really enjoy being home with my family on that day. I enjoy working with the residents and I think that is what keeps me going everyday. I think they have it alot worse than I. My supervisor has Fibro too so tha makes it nice, I have someone in the workplace who understands what I go through on a daily basis. How is everyone? Hanging in there I hope. Write Soon!!

Hello Tammy
It's great to hear from you again. How exciting and everything going so well for you. I'm so happy for you. Good For You! Great news.
Working with the elderly is such a blessing, I just love them. I wish so badly I could get a job in a nursing facility or do more home health care. I still care for one elderly friend and help her with very lite housework, bill paying, shopping etc. She's just a friend and it's not like a real job. But I would be lost without her giving me a purpose and a way to force me out of the house a day or two, even while enduring extreme pain.
You sound so good and it makes my heart so happy for you.
Take Care and please share your joy with us
Betty
