Any suggestion will be appreciated-currently taking vicodin 10/325 2 a day to keep up with life. I was doing great in the summer time without any medicine but as winter came pain started again but the VICO keeps me going.

I totally understand. My pain was gone all summer and as winter approached, my pain came back full strength. I also take vicodin. Sometimes Aleve can help with the inflammation.

Thanks for sharing. My pain is now severe along with my severe depression. I feel like I am going to lose everything one by one. My job is the main cause of my injuries but it will be very hard to prove. I had a wrist and neck surgery done and nothing seemed to help even with recent medication change and frequent doctors visits I am still struggeling to get by with life. My pain has became a major issues in my life and no one seems to to understand. Because of the recent economy, I can even ask to move to an area where I can do lot more complex researching and some keying. Lucky that I still have a job but it requires me to keep up with the speed and key all day long. I do not knoe what else to do anymore, I understand there are many like me who is lot more stronger in mind and keeping up with their life but I can not because of my long term severe depression and coping with a chronic pain is just too much for me. I am not afraid of work and not trying to get off from the boat of reality. I just think that being in a position for too long and doing the same thing, I have inheritate these major injuries and it will continue to get worse unless I seek help, suggestions, advice and doctors advice and possibly find something else to do. I do think my pain will go down if I can stop keying all day long but where and who will hire a guy with forst name Mohammad and last name Hossain, a muslim, been in a same job for 11 years in a row, an asian american, and has medical condition and was in diciplinary becaue of his actions (which I think was put in to keep me from being a big mouth and being honest). Tough luck and yes, I have seen it all, no one really cares when you go thru medical condition unless you seek help from the proper people. As of today, I have a history of great work ethics, honesty, very positive, friendly and being funny, devoted to my company, hard worker and more and along with that I also have a history of severe depression, chronic pain-injuries with history of problems related to them like being arguementive, writing email which may sound inappropiate and was told being somewhat hostile and being aggresive from work (which I beleive was put in to keep me on a leash). Any suggestion will help be greatly appreciated. Thanks again and take care.
