Hello - Learned soma relaxation techniques .. EFT .. A tapping method used to help me refocuse and lower my pain and anxiety ..

 

My therapist taught me two .. I am posting the easiet of the two first .. it is simple and hopefully will help you to relax and refocus your energy ..

 

First you get nice and comfy as best you can ... Place your index fingers (the tips) at the center of each eyebrow and tap simltaneously for 15 - 20 seconds ... each time remember to breath and release .. 

 

Next move to the outer boney ridge of the eyes and repeat , tapping for at least 15 to 20 seconds .. as you do this think relaxing thoughts and breath ..

 

Next move to the bony region under both eyes and repeat tapping , remembering to breath and slow your mind with relaxing thoughts ..

 

Now with one index finger tap just below your nose , counting slowly to 15 or 20 , breathing slower and relaxing your thoughts ...

 

Take your finger and begin the tapping at the center point below your lips .. again counting to 15 or 20 .. breath a deep breath in and release ..

 

With you thumb, index and middle finger together begin tapping at the indentation of your throat .. remember to relax and breath .. take a deep breath and release ..

 

Now with the same 3 finers begin tapping at the top section of your breastbone , feel the vibrations , breath in and out , realaxing your mind and muscles ...

 

Repeat as ofetn as you need , and all the time remembering to breath slowly and to take those deep breaths and whoosh out the anxiety , relaxing your mind and pain ...

 

 

While this may sound silly to some, it is a technique often used to help you relax and release the tension .. with each tapping you hear the sound and feel the sensation of the tapping vibrate into your system ..

 

 

The next technique requires some more detailed use , and speech or thought .. so I will post that soon .. I pary this helps some of you to refocus your mind on just how great you are , and to appreciate yourself .. love yourself .. good luck .. agserra
