Saw a program about positive reinforcment .. it is Christian based .. but I tried it today and have found it helpful ... so I wrote myself this letter to read each day , or whenever I feel like it ...

Thank-You!! I read what you wrote, And this is the way I have been looking at life for a long time!! The last few months have been very hard!! Running into dissapointments, one after another with nothing good along the way!!
