The arm pain could be something that isn't serious like a muscle strain. The swollen lymph nodes need to be checked out if they last more than a week or two. Usually our bodies can fight off the average "bug" in a week to ten days. During that time we can have swollen lymph nodes. When nodes are swollen longer than that, they can signal a more serious infection or cancers, including lymphoma and breast cancer. When you add in your feelings of fatigue, it sounds like it is time to see a doctor. I hope it all turns out to be something minor.
