By Sherry Wednesday, July 04, 2012

I have been having severe to moderate pain in my right shoulder for a while now. I also noticed the other day that my lymph nodes are also swollen in my rt breat, arm pit and neck. Is this serious? what should I do. I have also been facing extreme exhaustion.

The arm pain could be something that isn't serious like a muscle strain.  The swollen lymph nodes need to be checked out if they last more than a week or two.  Usually our bodies can fight off the average "bug" in a week to ten days.  During that time we can have swollen lymph nodes.  When nodes are swollen longer than that, they can signal a more serious infection or cancers, including lymphoma and breast cancer.  When you add in your feelings of fatigue, it sounds like it is time to see a doctor.  I hope it all turns out to be something minor.
