Harvest of Hope

Hope is a theme that is cultivated in our daily struggle against neuroblastoma, a rare children's cancer that my son was diagnosed with three months ago. This painting is a culmination of our experiences surrounding his autologus stem cell harvest for later transplant. He will be able to receive his own stored stem cells back after six chemotherapies, the harvest, a surgery and a seventh chemo which is five times the strength of the previous ones.
