I LOVE THE POOL FOR THERAPY AND I AND LUCKY TO HAVE ONE AT HOME! I AM A PARAPLEGIC AND THE WATER GIVES ME A FEELING OF FREEDOM I DON'T HAVE IN MY WHEELCHAIR! IT IS A FUN WAY TO GET THERAPY WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING YOU ARE DOING SO! I DO THE DOGGIE PADDLE AND HAVE LEARNED HOW TO SWIM UNDERWATER AGAIN TOO! I MAY NOT LOOK SO COOL WITH MY GOGGLES ON BUT WHO CARE'S! IT IS A FUN WAY TO RELAX AND GET SOME MUCH NEEDED THERAPY IN AS WELL! AFTER A FEW LAPS OF THE DOGGIE PADDLE I AM ABLE TO HAVE MORE RELIEF AND MORE FLEXABILTY!! WHEN MY MUSCLE'S ARE ARE TIGHT AND JERKY I ALWAYS HAVE SOME ONE TO WATCH ME BUT AFTER A FEW LAPS THEY WILL GET BETTER! SO IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF PAIN AS I DO TRY THE POOL AND SEE IF IT HELPS, IT HELPS MORE THAN YOU THINK!!
