We had purchased the original hang ups. Since I have had a hip replacement,I am concerned about having too much pressure on the prosthesis. Should I worry?

Inverting no more than 20 degrees on your hang up for no more than 15 minutes at a time will be fine for the prosthesis once it has had a chance to completely heal and set in place (six months post op).

 

Although, you would be better off with a seated inversion device because of less stress on the hip joint in the flexed seat position. In fact, you could invert further in the seated inversion without worries.

Thank you Dr. I have an appointment with a new Dr. of physical medicene,who preforms dry needling as trigger point injections directly into the affected muscles. Mine are in a continual state of stress and spasms. Have you heard of such treatments?
