This product has been used in oriental cooking for many years,yet They do not seem to suffer,I agree about nutrition in general bad diet bad health,to much weight to much strain. I think you'll find these people who are not happy have had very bad experiences with pain and because of maybe lack of experience or doctors orders and all that has taken these people down the wrong road,there seems to be a certain format for each complaint so 5or 10 mins in your doctors would probably take you down prescription drug route,I myself have had this but also managed to find other info on the Internet etc to counter diagnose,great blog though.lots of interesting points coming to light, Dont be angry be honest and polite you never know together we could discover something Ok wishful thinking.take care and good luck with this blog.

Hi, I forgot to mention,MSG .....maybe it is a chemical reaction with the other foodstuffs we take it with,the oriental people do not or most of them take a lot if any dairy produce.yet western oriental do and suffer the same as we do.mmmmm. The list goes on,if we had all the data then maybe we could give some good advice.please no offence intended to any person in respect of race or any other information have printed.I love you all.
