i thought this article was going to be about what to cook for better breakfast, but it told me nothing i didn't already know.  this is what i call a "fluff" or tease article and is like eating that mentioned croissant - not filling nor fulfilling!!

I am sorry this article did not give you the information you were looking for. Maybe you would be more interested in what I like to eat for a healthy breakfast, besides the above mentioned steel-cut oats.

 

One of my favorite breakfast meals involves Quinoa (a whole grain loaded with protein). I bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of almond milk to a boil. Add 1 cup of quinoa and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat. Add some chopped dried fruit, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve in bowl with almond milk and honey to taste. Now that is a fullfilling breakfast.
