I suffer from FM and Chronic Spinal Pain

I also spend a few days a week helping my friend Helen take care of some of her house hold needs.

Helen is 92 yrs old and one of the best friends that I've ever had.  She too suffers with RA, so the two of us together are a massive amount of walking talking pain.  ((((Smile)))))  She helps to give my life purpose and she understands my problems and I understand her needs better than most.  She and I spend hours together visiting and talking about family and friends.

I assist her with her bills, doctors apts, ordering her medications and giving her injections and laying out her weekly meds for her.

I take care of making the arrangements for the landscaping, carpet cleaners, and help her with lite house work.

Having Helen to help care for give's me purpose and something to continue getting up and out of the house.  she loves me to come even when I wear my sweats or jammies and does not care what I look like on my bad days.

I am blessed to have Helen in my life and most of the time it's difficult to tell, just who is helping who, as she really does more for me than I could ever do for her.

I cannot seem to get my photo of Helen on here, but just know, she's spectacular!
