About Me

I'm a country girl and ex horsewoman.  My coureer was spent in Veterinary hospitals as a Vet Tech and I've also worked as a secretary/bookkeeper/receptionist/Controlled substance custodian and ordering personelle for veterinary hospitals.

I've been suffering with spinal pain for many years, it did not become a chronic problem until april of 2003.  I've not had a pain free days since.

I study Christian History and Chronic Pain, I'm a practicing Roman Catholic and love my church and my faith.  I'm married (26 yrs) and have two sons, one that lives with God and one that lives in Seattle and is attending the UofW and is soon to apply for pharmacy school.

I spend my time on my studies, helping to care for an elderly friend a couple afternoons a week and would like to help others who suffer in pain.  I'm hoping to learn enough to start my own pain mgt support group in my community, as we don't have a group within 25 miles of our town and I feel that a support group is necessary for others in my community that suffer any type of chronic illness alone.
