I have had chronic neck muscle pain for a couple years that always hurts into my jaw, forehead and eye muscles.  I've been going through spells of dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, pain in lower back, facial tightness, and a few times... tingling pinkies.  No one knows what is wrong with ...

    Have you seen a doctor or dentist?  I have similar symptoms and was diagnosed with tmj.

    With your dizziness, you probably has TMJ because you have posterior missing teeth, canted occlusal plane and tight muscles.  You need to see a dentist that knows alot about TMJ, Occlusion, full mouth rehab and orthodontic.  If you see prosthodontist, most likely he is going to cut your teeth and do all crowns.  get several opinions.
