You need to see a dentist that knows alot about TMJ, Occlusion, full mouth rehab and orthodontic. If you see prosthodontist, most likely he is going to cut your teeth and do all crowns. get several opinions.

Have you seen a doctor or dentist? I have similar symptoms and was diagnosed with tmj.
