I have a bad back and two very young children. I have been on 10/325 vicodin 90 a month for a year now . The vicodin is not working well any more. any advice about what to take ?

It's not unusual to build a tolerence to an opioid medication over time, requiring higher dosages or a different medication. Tell your doctor it is no longer working well and ask about trying something different.
