The pain from a tooth extraction should start lessening the second day.  If you had the teeth pulled Tuesday and you're still having considerable pain Thursday, it would be a good idea to the doctor who pulled them.  You could have developed a dry socket, which would need to be treated.

Thanks so much for advise, is it okay to put oragel around area?

I'd be hesitant to put anything around the area without asking your doctor.  You don't want to take a chance on getting an infection.  Actually, the nurse should be able to answer that question if you just call his office.

I agree with Karen, call your Denist, even if his office is closed.

I to am looking at major Dential work, my Mom couldn't afford it when I was a child. She was a singel parent, my X-Dad was to eep my sister & me on his Ins....he didn't. He played so many games with the 'Support' check & it wasn't that he couldn't afford $60.00 a mon. for 2 girls. He was a 'Big Shot' at the phone co., he was a 'Good' Christian person. He's now a worse 'Hipacritial'(?) Christian.

My Sister was taken to the Dentist, when she had to go. She was 'Mom's Baby'. Got away with everything. I know all about 'tothacks', I put an asprin on my tooth, or I think ''Anbesol' works better. Now I have a teeth worse then a 'Crack' addict.

Will be ready to start after the first of the yr. Good Luck. Keep us posted. Hugs. XXOO
