Hi all!  I wanted to share that I've been actually having some good days.  I made it through a night of camping without a huge pain flare-up, which gives me hope to be able to do more things like that this summer.  I've been feeling happier than I have in a long time. Smile

I can't tell you how extremly happy I am for you.

I had a few really good days a couple weeks ago and it was amazing.

I also made it on our family yearly camping trip for two nights and 3 days without suffering too badly.  Was able to go for a couple nice walks with hubby and our dogs, then we also rented conoe's and my hubby paddled me clear to the end of this big beautiful lake.

I hope your able to add a few nice activites to your trip too.  We all need those outings and days of low pain.

    Good For you!

    Betty-

I'm so happy for you too that you experienced some good days recently and were able to enjoy your family's yearly camping trip.  It sounds like that canoe trip down the lake was pretty amazing too!

I hope that some other folks out there that are reading this are having some good days too....or at least have hope for good days.  I can remember just a few months ago when I had no hope for a good day.  I need to try and remember days like this when I am feeling down.

Today is still pretty good....I am hoping to go to a yoga class after work (if I still have any energy).  This weekend my hubby is leaving on a work trip for a few weeks so I need to prepare to spend a few weeks taking care of myself.....usually that means cereal for dinner, but I'm going to try and take better care of myself this time.....wish me luck!  Wink

My hubby takes care of me alot and your dinner sounds like mine are when he's working alot of overtime, long hours and not at home to make our supper.  Im unable to stand in the kitchen and cook any longer, so I have to keep alot of granola bars, tral mix, cereal's, frozen things, soup, etc in our house to help me when I'm on my own.

I would be having horrible anxieties if I were you, so I will Wish You Luck! and hope that your alone time goes fast and you don't have any real bad pain flare ups while he's gone.

Nice to hear from you again

Take Care and let us know how your surviving on your own

    Gentle Hugs

    Betty
