I have moved and I have diligently searched for a year, but I've been unable to locate a new doctor to help treat my pain. I was at a well recognized health facility for 18 years, and the doctors there haven't been able to help me locate a doctor in my area. It is so frustrating when I have telephoned for so many days and even tried a 3 state area next to where I live just to locate a doctor. I feel as if when I ask if they will treat someone with Fibro and RSD, they think I'm Dr. Shopping, and I've never changed in the 18 years since I've been ill except when they retired. That is what happened and the last IM or Pain Mgt. doctors don't seem to have contacts to help me. Can anyone offer a suggestion? I've checked most all lists posted for RSD and fibro.  As posted, Medicare is a huge problem. We don't know how serious this is until faced with trying to find a Doctor. I'm getting desperate.
