I sit in front of a computer five days a week. I have found that walking around periodically helps relieve the stiffness and pain. Sometimes I raise my keyboard and stand at my desk. I try not to say in any one position for too long. If I do, I get very, very stiff. I have a lot of arthritis, so this works best for me. Thanks for the post.

For few years now when sitting at the PC I find that the only comfortable way is the ball, one big enough to have my legs at 45 degrees , I move all the time one side and the other. I find using the ball too for knitting at the end of the day.
Sitting is almost impossible for me. I had a cat who started to hate me cause I would not stay put.
What is your opinion about Swedish balls for sitting ?

I still love my 3 weeks old Cloud supreme. morning are so more pleasing after a good night sleep
I like sitting on the ball. Although, sitting on a ball is a form of exercise and should only be done for short periods of time until core strength and endurance improves.
Sitting on the ball promotes good spine posture and active muscle control. With improved alignment and stability, sitting can become more comfortable for those with back pain.
But, the ball is not for everyone. Those who have poor balance, coordination, and muscle weakness should first consult with a physical therapist before trying this form of seated exercise.
Glad the cloud is working for you. Mine is looking really good right now. Goodnight.
