What would you recommend for chronic pain and chronic diseases people to strengthen immunity factors ?
I know what you are talking about cold and back....ouch !!!! and the pot holes that winter leave in our roads.....bump, bump,bump......each bump is a pain in my back.
Can't stay inside all winter and those roads aren't getting better with time. No more money to repaire city hall says.
