Good advises but I can't stand fish,  since I learned the hard way that I am allergic to sea food years back while living on the west coast ( and pigging on them ) Now just the smell send me in places I don't want to be. It might be all in my head but I do get sick and very much just smelling. How can I compensate ? I do take flaxseed oil and ground seeds too, olive oil but it is still fat and at my age and my ...lets say body frame Frown( got big bones he..he..) I go low on oil.

I do love vegies and fruits but not much meat.
