Went to Ortho Dr. today for final on shoulder surgery from Aug 09. Told him that I have had lower left rib pain for 6-7 yrs. and explained one dr. said it was Costracondritis and the other said IBS. I asked him to feel the area and tell me what the anatomy was telling him. He said that it was definitely not Costra because it was too low and not in the floating rib area where the dr. told it was. He said that I should go back to dr. who Dx it and tell her to check my spleen. Now I know enough to say that the spleen plays a very important role in the immune system. With all these so-called auto-immune type disorders-fibro, connective tissue disorder, CRPS, CFS, etc. being thrown at me by different drs. I don't know which way to turn!!!!! I need HOUSE from TV.
