About Me

I was diagnosed with fms/cfs in 1980.i have since been diagnosed with copd,sciatica, ,low back pain L4L5&sciatic, i have tryed to do exerices with the fms it is hard, i did water aerobics in my pool which i have a solar heater on but it only is in the summer.But i try to keep going,but it is hard now my dr wants to change my meds again!!!! and i am afraid of the side affects of the new one Lyrica

update had bad experience with the lyrica, am back to the cymbalta, 60 mg daily ,will ask if we can up the dosage as it is suppose to work with nerve pain in legs & thighs
