About Me

Hi: I have had foot surgery and was told not to walk on it for 6 weeks. Well six weeks are up and my back is killing me. My MRI of my lower back is really bad. I have been putting off back surgery because it does not always come out pain free. How is disk replacement coming? I do not want a foot long steal rod in my back, I want to move!!
