    Hello Darlene

It's nice to meet you and thank you for offering some helpful hints.

I also use the epson saltz baths mixed with 1/2 cup baking soda and I add a few table spoons of Village naturals bath soak salts w/minerals for mucle relief & stress relief.  they really work great and the saltz have really helped me.

I have taken a supplement that's high in magnesium & multivitimins for Fm called Fibro-Relief & another called 5-htp, Samme 200, they help with the fog/fatigue/alertness and fight off the fibro fog.  I ran out right before xmas and did not get them ordered, I could really tell a huge difference and cannot wait to get back on them.  Ordering on the internet for the vitimens is much less expensive than shopping in the specialy shops.

I also bought some lotions made by village naturals that have linament type action on your skin and also one to put on your head for head ache relief that has really been helpful with the headaches that I've been having.

I'm really glad you brought these recomendations up, they are very helpful in dealing with all the pain.

    Thank you

    Betty
