About Me

Hi, suffer from several combined pain issues ( mostly back pain from two bulging disks, and fibromyalgia ), have had surgery on my left knee, right shoulder, left eye and left hand small finger ( cut tendon ). I've been on disability since 1993 and have one grown son and a daughter now age 13; have two grandchildren; a boy 4 and a girl 2. I watch the little girl almost 24/7 and have to deal with a lot of pain in addition to watching her and trying to start a home based plant nursery. I'm an amateur astronomer, avid gardner with master gardner certification in 1995, a serious coin collector and enjoy reading relgious material and anything science related. Looking for ways to lower the chronic pain I am tortured with everyday, so I find myself on the internet a lot researching all I can learn about pain and how to lower it enough to make it managable.
