Monday, October 12, 2009 at 02:43 AMi have done water therapy and found it to be the best exercise there is for any kind of chronic pain or anxiety. its not hard on the joints either. just be sure that they have the water warm enough. ive been in some pools where the water was so cold that it did more harm than good

Monday, October 12, 2009 at 09:31 AMYes! I do water therapy as well. I do 20 minutes in deep water, then about 1/2 to 40 minutes in shallow water. I can feel an improvement in mobility, if I am able to do this consistently. A lot of times, I can't even do the water therapy because I am in too much pain to even suffer in the pool. But, like I said, consistency with the water therapy does improve my overall mobility.
