About Me

discectomy & laminectomy 2005 left with dropped foot. Tendon transfer to lift foot in 2008. Have kyphosis, spondylolithesis L5/S1, spinal canal stenosis, osteo athritis, in constant pain. Pain relieving drugs give me sweats and itch. Feel pretty depressed and spend a lot of time lying on electric blanket for pain relief. Exercise is difficult with paralysed foot.
