I'm so happy for you and would really like to know more about how the hearing went.
I applied in 2005 and my hearing is finally coming up next month. It's been such a long drawn out process, that I felt like giving up, but am thankful that I have not and I hope the outcome is positive, so I can try to move on with my life of pain.
Congrats and I'm happy that it's all over for you and your not having to deal with the added agravation any longer.
Take Care
Betty

Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 08:36 PMHi, just have a question. Why didn't you apply for Social Security Disability instead? I'm trying to get through the paper work so I can send it in. Now I'm worried. Please answer. JoAnna

I won my case also, but the government tortured me for a total of 3 years. I almost lost my property(my home) and suffered for three years. Now they take 100 dollars a month from me, to pay for medicare and then don`t pay it all. Some times I wonder why I still live in this country!
