Peripheral Neuropathy

I  appreciate your information. I,too am troubled with burning foot pain and it's really nasty...am on neurontin which helps keep 'the bugs from crawling up my legs' but nothing helps my feet. I keep 3 small ice packs in the freezer and that is what has helped me the most...one at a time until they thaw, etc. I am certainly going to try eliminating wheat products and will be anxious to see if that has any effect. I notice that some nites are much worse than others so perhaps it's because I  didn't have as large of intake of wheat that day...who knows, but it's worth a try! Good luck with your 'venture.'
