I,too am troubled with burning foot pain and it's really nasty...am on neurontin which helps keep 'the bugs from crawling up my legs' but nothing helps my feet. I keep 3 small ice packs in the freezer and that is what has helped me the most...one at a time until they thaw, etc. I am certainly going to try eliminating wheat products and will be anxious to see if that has any effect. I notice that some nites are much worse than others so perhaps it's because I didn't have as large of intake of wheat that day...who knows, but it's worth a try! Good luck with your 'venture.' I hope you found your cure!

Thank you for your info. I think that I will stop eating the breads and pasta and see what happens. I have neuropathy of the spine, and the pain is so bad at times I can hardly stand it. I am now taking Lyrica and it is helping alot. One thing Lyrica has done is give me a good nights sleep.
