i'm about ready to give up!

I feel so badly for you – to be so young and in so much pain.  You've got to find a good doctor who will listen to you and take your symptoms seriously.  They really do exist, though I know sometimes it seems like they can be hard to find.  Are you limited as to who you can see because of insurance? 

You're right, a racing heart, chest pain and shortness of breath are not something everyone has.  Unfortunately, when someone is so young, and particularly when they're female, many doctors don't even consider that there could be something like a heart problem.  When my son was in college, he went to the emergency room with terrible chest pain and they never even checked his heart because of his age.  They told him he'd probably just pulled a muscle.  It turned out that he had paricarditis (fluid around the heart) and took a long time to recover because of their delays. 

Please find another doctor and insist that they check your heart and anything else that could be causing those symptoms, as well as your swollen feet and knee problems.  If you don't feel you're up to being that demanding, take your husband or another family member with you who will stand up for you.  And please also let us know what you find out and how you're doing.

MY wife was told she Had Lupus after 3 test,She then went to a Rumotolgist He ruled out Lupus but she has all the same symtoms that you you have . He calls it maticultis

auto imune problem she has been treated by him for 6 years. It goes and comes back

Also I am a cronic pain suffer for 15 years you cannot give up you will need to find the right doctor that will do what is nessary took me 4 yrs to find a good pain management clinic.I have better days but no great days . Best of luck  

Hoeney, I'm so very sorry you are in such pain, I really do understandwhat you are going thru, I also have been going thru chronic pain for over 40 yrs. {long time} been thru the wringer with the Dr.s and anyone who would listen.{listening means to be put on more drugs:{ not good} 3/09 this yr I died for six days, heartrate so low,so very cold inside out. Abolutely horrendous, but I'm here today only because My LORD wanted me to be. Right then and there I told the DR.s I wanted off these awful opiates, learned what they have done to my body and am now down to almost 1/4th of what I had been taking for 6 yrs. What I have found to work for me is, I went to my pastor and asked for help, was referred to a Holistic Physician, who DId Listen, and no DRUGS. Please DON'T GIVE UP, there is hope, keep praying find a GOOD SUPPORT SYSTEM, email me if allowed on this site. I'll pray each day for you. God Bless.

Amanda, honey don't give up, Ive had chronic pain and on opiates for over 11 long yrs and almost lost my life in 3/09. I also got fed upwith the doctors notlistening and just giving more prescriptions & as you say not giving a fig as for me or anything. Having, Fibromyalgia, MS, Degenerative disk & joint desease, and the list goes on. Then I found the LOrd again and he steared me in the right direction & people to talk to. I had to REALLY GIVE MY LIFE UP TO HIM before anything happened. No I haven't had all the pain disappear but I have had several smallmiracles. My right ear which my Dr.s assitant busted healed up when they told me it never would  & I'd have to have a plug in all the time,I no longer have asthma, or COPD and a few other things, but my point is, I know it is hard to wait for things, and the nights are so very long, But God doesLOVE YOU and cares what happens, and so do I.Honey, I will pray so hard tonight & each night that you find the rest, peace and hope to get a good doctor and thehelp you need.
