The EXACT tens unit I rec'd from the doctor is available for $30 at amazon.com and shipping is free. New pads are available on ebay for less than most other vendors. The entire unit with 4 gel pads cost $30. My insurance was billed $238 for ONLY 4 replacement gel pads.
