    Get Better Naturally

Last year I lived in Louisville KY, and saw a Fibro specialist.  Before that, I had no idea there were any specialists in this field.  The clinic is Healing Options, and they did wonders for me; put me into remission.  I'm on Darvocet 4 times a day (2600 mg), but he added Zyflammend (on iHerb.com), and Fibroboost (also on iHerb.com), which completely got rid of the mental fog in 10 days.  In 1 year, the fog has not come back; these products are natural.  However, the biggest breakthrough in pain relief was getting a shot of extremely low-dose testosterone.  It lasts 30 days, and the side effect when it wears off is simply a couple of days of being a bit short tempered, acne breakouts on the trunk of the body.

However, we lived in a 3 level house, and I could literally run up and down stairs.  Please contact your Dr to see if this is an option for you.  God Bless You and Keep you safe..

I'm envious of your remission.  How did you manage that?  I've been searching for a drug that would at least get some of my life back, and I've been trying them all to no avail. The side effects are unbearable; nausea, vertigo, irritability, drowsiness.  I guess my next step is acceptance of a way of life lost and a different, slower, less dynamic pace from now on. I have to admit that I'm not psyched, just defeated and exhausted.

Marley  I sure know how you are feeling.  I am there most of the time.  You feel so alone, as nobody can know how you feel except those of us that have fibrom.  Something what helped quite a bit is vit's   I take one whole daily and C,E, B, D, calicum, and magnesium.  I also do not eat sugar, white flour, prossese meat's like hot dogs or ham. Eat lots of fruits and vegs I buy canned fruits if I can't find fresh.  Chicken, Fish, shrimp and one meal of beef a week.  I try to stay on it and drink fruit juice when everyone is having coke ect!  No solf drinks and most of all no diet anything as fibrom get's so bad on surar sub's.  Hope that helps.  Also when every one eats prossessed things like chips I have natural nuts and dried fruit.   Take care Sharon

    Sharoncookie,

Thanks for the advice.  I have tried some supplements in the past, but perhaps not a good brand and always in combination with meds-hard to tell what was helping the most.  May I ask which brand you use?  Once I'm med free(almost there) I'd like to try a vit regimen & gauge its benefits.
