I would love to communicate with other TMJ patients who have had the Vitek Teflon Proplast Implant to repair problems in the TM joints.
In 1991 the FDA recalled these implants and many are having problems with their implants as I am.

Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 11:18 PMI had the Vitek II IPI in my left TMJ in 1984 after an auto accident. It was removed in 2005; shredded and causing lots of problems. Still causing lots of problems. I would love to have someone to talk to as well.
