About Me

I am a 50 plus lady with a wonderful husband of 37 years, my strongest supporter. two adult daughters with each blessing us with a grand child.I am an avid advocate for Chronic pain and living daily with it; enjoy writing and reading about the issues we face. I am an artist and love most mediums. Lately it has been all about paper arts, anything with any kind of paper, any kind of paper. I love the simplicity in it as a medium. anytthing I come up with. A basket out of brown grocery bags? It works well! I do all I can on days that are better and when the days are not I try not to dwell on it. There is another time. I am all about living in the present and not stressing about what I cannot control after learning the hard way it exasperates my pain level.
