My doctors are aware that I have Long QT Syndrome, But three days ago now I had a really different and scary situation. I was working with my Homeschool teacher at my dining room table when all of a sudden i couldnt see. I took off my glasses and rubbed my eyes and they started to hurt terribly, I mean they hurt so bad I couldnt open them. When I finally did, I still couldnt see and it was like I couldnt feel them because I didnt even know they were open. I asked if they were, then I passed out. My teacher quickly went to get my mother, and they laid me on the floor. I wasnt breathing, and they said I hardly had a pulse. My mom started CPR and by the time paramedics got there amazingly I was beggining to come around. They rushed me to the ER where I was admitted to the ICU immediately. All that im telling you all is what ive learned from my family, I have no memory of anything before the Incident or any time during it. I was released from the hospital today, And put on a portable heart monitor. My Cardiologist believes this is all realated to my Auntonomic Dysfunction. My other doctors arent so sure. Anyone have some insite?
