I'm very glad to find a place where I can talk about these things.  I worry about having so much pain at such a young age.  I'm 47 but feeling like I'm 70. Chronic pain as we all know is not easy to deal with.

Ouch, Seems to be my middle name.  I live with osteoarthritis, a bad hip and now a bad knee.

I tease my husband and say I need to just order my hov a round now....I have a congenital hip problem that can only be fixed with a replacement.   In the meantime, my other leg is compensating and the knee is going out every once in awhile.  I injured my back some 20 years ago so have frequent visits to my chiropractor.  I told him, it's job security for him.  About a month ago I fell and hit my head on the ground, it knocked my jaw out of place so he's adjusted me for that.  He says I need to live in a bubble, and I am starting to agree.

Anyway, I enjoy as much of my life as I can.  I can ride my bicycle, but walking is out of the question.  One block and I start limping.  It's sometimes frustrating.

Well...have to go to work so will leave with a positive thought..

Have a wonderful and blessed day.  Each day is a blessing!
