    Hey Gabi, No problem nothing to be ashamed of.  My dad and my older brother were both bi-polar as well.  My diagnosis didn't come until I had an on the job injury.  It is nice to know there is someone else who understands Bi-polar disorder.  Way to go having the courage to admit it.  Thanks for the props for me but I don't feel I did anything heroic . I do believe that the disorder is made worse by chronic pain.  At least thats my experience.  The more I hurt the more depressed I get.  Anyway I go for now hang in there.  Da bluesman
