Drugs I am Taking

Morphine Pump Medtronics 8627L18 3 mg daily

About Me

Doesn't relieve pain anymore; dr. advises won't replace & wants to reduce dosage for removal...Discovered pump was recalled 3 yrs ago & we were never notified...been having major problems for 3 yrs now & did every test by personal physician...everything points to pump but Dr. says no, Insurance company was told by Dr. pump not under recall; Medtronics advises Dr. should have sent letter 3 years ago advising Dr. to replace pump asap as motor failure could result in death to patient or to others if in auto accident. Cannot find any doctor to give 2nd opinion; current Dr. won't meet to discuss the matter only advises wants to take out pump. I do not respond to oral pain medication & pump worked great for first 2 years...then concentration increased from 5% to 10% & problems w/ nausea started & progressively got worse. Dr. changed medication to dilaudid and nausea was worse. Pump replaced w/ morphine & now pain not responding to morphine. In need of help asap...will go anywhere, anytime in the world for help. Thanks for any and all help you can provide.
